Electronic Discovery

Stroz Friedberg provides end-to-end electronic discovery services, from strategy and collections through processing, hosting, and production. Our approach to identifying, collecting, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) ensures that our clients are able to establish good faith compliance with their electronic discovery obligations. Unique to Stroz Friedberg’s Electronic Disovery solution are two sophisticated data search and retrieval tools and a secure, multiuser review platform:

Targeted Data Extraction automatically extracts key information from the content of electronic documents, recognizing the printed date of the document, the actual author, the actual addressee, the entity from which the document was sent, the persons and entities discussed in the document, and certain actions referred to in the document.

AutoSuggest, an artificial intelligence, clustering technology that automatically codes data, based either on client defined rules or automatic extraction of themes or events to quickly identify a set of highly-relevant or privileged documents.

Intelligent Review Module (IRM), is a hosted database repository that enables clients to review their data securely from multiple locations in native and/or TIFF format. IRM provides numerous features including: enhanced search capabilities; identification of exact duplicate and near duplicate files; clustering technology; branding, tagging, commenting, blogging; reporting; and printing.
